The project is about expansion of an existing Manar Mall, the biggest shopping centre in Ras Al Khaimah. The expansion include retail outlets, dining facilities and entertainment area. Construction work for the project includes the construction of a G+2 and a G+3 carpark, a family entertainment centre that features the Middle East and North Africas tallest indoor drop tower; a food court; and a promenade looking out on one of the largest natural mangroves in Ras Al Khaimah.
