The Sparkle Towers is built on Plot 392-404 at Dubai Marina. The project consists of two towers, the first, comprising 29 floors, which offers panoramic views of Dubai Marina from three sides, while the second 14-storey building overlooks Jumeirah Beach Residence with partial views of the marina and the sea. A four-storey residential podium connects the two towers.
Sparkle Towers comprises of more than 350 state-of-the-art luxury apartments with a marble entrance and a crystal decorated lobby and common areas designed by Swarovski. The apartments and penthouses all feature marble and ceramic flooring, granite countertops, and the finest European bathroom fittings and finishes, along with crystal encrusted apartment number plates.
The project has built up area (BUA) of 750,000 square foot.
